  • Prep

    To prepare for your Cellenis treatment and help optimize your results, we recommend focusing on a high-protein diet for one to two weeks before your appointment. Protein provides the essential building blocks your body needs for collagen production and tissue regeneration. It's also important to stay well hydrated leading up to your treatment. Aim to increase your water intake during the week prior to your appointment and arrive well hydrated on the day of treatment, as proper hydration can support the quality of your platelet-rich fibrin and enhance your overall results.

Aftercare

Avoid touching the treated area, applying makeup, heat exposure, and strenuous exercise for 24 hours after treatment to reduce irritation and swelling. Avoid exfoliation, facials, and laser treatments for at least 72 hours, and allow up to 2 weeks for full healing and optimal collagen regeneration results.
